According to pm news, Mr Ganiyu Dawodu, a Police Deputy Inspector General attached to ‘D” Dept Force CID in Abuja is dead.
Mr Ganiyu Dawodu died on Thurdsay December 15, 2011 in a hotel room in Ikorodu, Lagos state, Nigeria where he’s staying with a female friend who happens to be a deputy Superintendent of Police from Port Harcourt. naijagists.com
We learnt the lady yelled for help after his sudden heart attack however, before help arrived, the DIG has given up the ghost.
