August 14, 2015 – Adamawa Governor Goes Spiritual With Boko Haram, Hires Prayer Warriors For N200 Million
In an exclusive chat with the media today in Adamawa State, Chief of Staff Abdulrahman Jimeta said the state government has earmarked N200 million to engage prayer warriors to seek divine intervention toward ending security challenges in the state.
Jimeta said the money was raised from the state and Local Governments joint accounts.
“We have earmarked N200 million for prayers to seek for Allah’s intervention in tackling the Boko Haram menace and other insecurity challenges threatening the stability of the state,” Jimeta said.
He said that part of that money, which would be spent as security votes, would also go into assisting local vigilance teams and security operatives.

If it is true that the Adamawa state government has set aside N200 million to be paid to prayer warriors, then the state governor and other elected officials should be impeached for been dump and stupid. Why? True men of God Almighty Doesn’t charge fees for prayer in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. If anyone-be it pastors, Bishop, Evangelist, and prophet ask for money in order to pray for a person, community or state, surely they are fake men of God roaming about the streets to commit fraud. The reason why Boko Haram activities are predominantly in the North is because of poor education, lack of job opportunities amount the northern youths, and abject poverty. It will be wise if they use that money for job training, hire more school teachers, give small loans to powerless and jobless youths, and renovate existing schools in the state. Northern youths at this time need good leaders with great ideas, experience and the wisdom to advance the people course. They don’t need crooks who want to waste their money and resources on foolish stuffs like paying bribes to fake Imans and fraudulent pastors. Shikenah!
