The man pictured above reportedly stole a 52-inch TV from a Walmart store in Ohio in December.
43-year-old Greg Davenport was found guilty and was given 30 days sentence but he chose the second option given to him by the judge.
Under the term of his sentence, he has to wear this sign in front of the Walmart store for 8 hours for 10 days or spend 30 days in jail.
The Liberty Township resident said he chose the ‘thief sign’ option in order to have time to take care of his parents.
