Thanks a lot Jibowu Idris. This woman is sick and appeared malnourished, please forgive me here if i hurt this woman with my utterances, she needs care perhaps hungry. See how poverty has ravaged us in this country and who is responsible for the granny pregnancy? is she married? who is her helper? these are the questions the police needs to ask to help determine why she sold her grand daughter for 200k.

Yes, the mental “problem” is poverty and it shows on the desperate look on the faces. Somehow it is pity one feels rather than anger once you look at their photographs. They need help and rehabilitation more than punishment.

It is only in this Buhari regime you will see all sort of things, it is poverty that is worrying the woman by merely see her, she should be forgiven and find a way to bring her back from the mental poverty

In my own opinion, I think the Police should just allow them to go and take care of themselves OR to release them to rehabilitation center so that they can learn how solve problems instead of doing it in this inhuman way.

Look at the grandma herself, she is not in position to become a grandma yet but because of poverty and to feed herself she has no option than to give herself to some men who took advantage of her by giving her peanut money and left her to be dealing with unprepared pregnancy. This grandma looks sick but I’m positive it is sickness of hunger. Some people have been mistakenly labeled as HIV patients whereas their illness is just malnutrition.

Poverty makes people do what they don’t mean to do at times.but selling one’s baby should be out of question. I understand because of poverty which has engulfed the four corners of Nigeria, people have no option than selling themselves voluntarily. We are in big big problem in this Country.

We are just in a nation without leadership. The essence of appointing people in leadership positions is to help people solve problems but the kind of people we have in bureaucracy today are not representing the interest of common people instead they are busy stuffing money in a tank for their great grandkids. I guess our problem in this Country can only be solved through a divine means. Buhari or any of his successors cannot solve it because the destroyers are more than Builders.
